The new Cairnwell chair lift will be opening everyday weather permitting through out June to end of September serving walkers and climbers exploring the Braemar landscape. We will also open every weekend until June

Cairnwell Café boasts panoramic views of the ski area, and has a bright and airy feel.
The food is all freshly prepared on the premises and is open for morning rolls, snacks, lunch and afternoon tea. The lunch menu changes daily, but always includes the old favourites. Cairnwell is also licensed so you can enjoy a glass of wine with your lunch.
The café closes at 4pm.
Meall ‘o’ Dhar café nestles in the middle valley and is a welcome refuge on a stormy day and a sun trap on a sunny day, it has a real chalet feel. The café offers a variety of hot rolls, sandwiches, soup, snacks, cake and drinks.
It has a range of speciality burgers and continental hot dogs and off course every skier’s favourite pomme frites.
